  2. Send a deposit of 250 € by bank transfer to IH Valladolid- Plaza Universidad 7D, entreplanta, 47003 Valladolid – SPAIN Tel: + 34 983 337 432 – Fax: + 34 983 341 013. State name and course date on form of payment. Please also attach a photocopy of proof of payment of your enrolment form. The 250€ will be discounted from the total amount..
  3. On receipt of your deposit we will reserve your course and accommodation. By return e-mail you will receive confirmation of your course and outstanding fees as well as detailed information for your journey and stay. Approximately 10 days before the course starts and once the full payment has been received, IH Valladolid will send you the accommodation address.
  4. Payment: Please note payments are only accepted in € and must be received by IH Valladolid 20 days prior to the course starting date. Pay by bank transfer (all charges to be paid by the student) to our account:

  1. On the first day of your course: Please arrive at the school at the time shown on your confirmation letter. Bring with you a copy of the confirmation of registration and of your post payment receipt.
  2. Any cancellation should be made in writing. If received more than 20 days before the course, only the deposit will be charged. If between 20 and 8 days, the fee of the first week of the course will also be charged. No refund after these days. No refund is due for incomplete courses or for lessons not held on public holidays, except at the discretion of IH Valladolid Director. Housing will be reserved for the time period indicated in the enrolment form, from the Sunday before the starting date to the day after the end of the course. In case of cancellation, we will refund the amount left less a 20% for administrative reasons. Two week notice is always required.
  3. In order to obtain the visa documentation it is necessary to pay a minimum of 33% of the course fees in advance of the course, we will send you documentation 15 days after the payment by e-mail or address. The remaining course fees can be paid in a maximum of two transactions, one must be made before the commencement of the second third of the classes and the third and final payment must be made before starting the final third of the classes. Delivery costs of visa documents are 15€. If the visa is denied, a copy of the refusal is required in order to obtain a proportional refund of course fees. If entry to Spain is denied the student will have the right to apply for a full refund. If the student visa is successful issued the student, with the exception of exceptional circumstances, will not be entitled to a refund of any fees.
  4. The student accepts all responsibility for there personal well being and certifies their ability to fund themselves during their stay in Spain. This includes but is not limited to healthcare provision, travel arrangements and food.
